Game development Diablo iv is still in its early stages, so after last year’s presentation Blizzard there is simply nothing to provide. This was stated by Reddit company community manager Brandi Camel.
Earlier it became known that Blizzard plans to share new news on the development status of Diablo IV in February 2023, after which updates will be published on a quarterly basis. At the same time, for the development team, balancing the characteristics of characters and objects will become a priority.
However, some fans for some reason are waiting for new information in January. As Camel explained, many of the fundamental elements of the project are still in production, and the company is not interested in receiving feedback from players on experimental mechanics, which may not live up to the release.
Do not forget that Diablo is just one of many projects that Blizzard is working on. At the same time, the team is interested in producing a polished and high-quality product, but is not ready to take risks, giving obviously unrealistic promises.
