Studio Disney is exploring the possibility of resurrecting the cult animated series of the 90s of the last century “X-Men“(X-Men: The Animated Series). The producer of the original project Larry Houston told about this.
The animation series was produced by Saban Entertainment. The project received excellent ratings and reviews from critics, staying on the air for five seasons.

As Larry Houston recently revealed on the Wizard World podcast, he was contacted by Disney representatives and the negotiations did take place. However, no decision has yet been made.
“It all depends on what decision will be made, but we made it clear that we can take part in whatever they want in the future,” said the animator.
