Microsoft unexpectedly began public testing of Auto HDR on Windows 10 – before that the feature had appeared on both Xbox Series.
As the corporation notes, HDR is the most visually impressive innovation in modern history, allowing you to see a wider range of colors than standard monitors.
After launching the feature on consoles in November, bringing hundreds of backward compatibility games to a massive visual improvement, the corporation decided to add the feature to thousands of DirectX 11 and 12 games.
Auto HDR is currently only available to members of the Windows Insiders testing program.
