Marty Stratton and Hugo Martin of Bethesda spoke about the plans of the publisher for post-release support for the shooter Doom eternal. Interview with developers published on YouTube channel Midnight.
The game starts in March, but the team does not intend to immediately abandon the project. In particular, in the first year of support, two add-ons for Doom Eternal should be released. Interestingly, they will not be dedicated to new characters, but to The executioner of doom, since this is what most players asked for back in 2016, when the previous part of the series was released. The developers also intend to significantly expand the ENT of the universe.
Doom Eternal will be released on March 20th on PC, PS4, Xbox One and Google Stadia. Later, the shooter will get to the Nintendo Switch.
