Company MY.GAMES announced launch in Archeage a major update that added new territories for the construction of a personal home, the Veil Douta event in the Battle Royale mode, enhanced bosses and much more. The developers also announced the distribution of gifts to celebrate the 7th anniversary of the project.
Key update features:
- Lands of the Primordial Continent… New territories have opened up on the northern mainland. Here, the heroes will be able to enjoy colorful sunrises and sunsets on the seashore, take a walk under the fabulous snowfall, and also acquire their own piece of land and arrange it to their liking. Whole settlements will be discovered in the sunny fields, in the Abyss, Efen’hal and Whalers Bay. The hero’s neighbor can be either a character from the allied faction, or a not very friendly neighbor. However, you can establish friendly ties with everyone, which may be useful in the future.
- New customization options… Archeage has even more opportunities to express your personality, creating a unique look for your character, as well as personal transport. So, for example, with the release of the update, you can not only paint the convertible in any color, but also replace the two rear seats with various items: a bag of gold, a piano, a bunch of large fish, a bag of sweets and a gramophone.
- “Dout’s Veil”… The new season of the Douta Veil instance will run until March 18… From 20 to 50 heroes will fight each other in a royal battle at the helm of their own boat. Users who entered the top 3 and top 20 players before March 1st will receive additional rewards…
- Other changes… Mirage Island has undergone changes. Now there will be even more space for walking and interesting exhibits, and an entire art gallery will be located in the center of the island. A complicated boss, Inverted Marley, will appear on Liberty Island, as well as Enraged Morpheos in Hangers Cove. Fighting the enemy requires confident and well-coordinated teamwork.
Finally, before March 11th inclusive, Archeage players will receive valuable gifts in honor of the birthday of the game, as well as the opportunity for everyone to take part in the in-game festival will be available. More details can be found on the dedicated page.
