Studio Respawn Entertainment launched a beta test of a mobile shooter in India and the Philippines Apex legends… Therefore, the first trailer and videos showing gameplay on devices running Android (later a version for iOS).
For the development Apex legends mobile a new team within Respawn Entertainment itself is in charge. This is a separate version of Battle Royale, so you should forget about crossplay with consoles and PCs.
Many mechanics had to be adapted specifically for mobile gadgets. In addition, players will have a separate battle pass and completely new items for character customization.
“We’ve simplified controls and thoughtfully optimized to bring you the most advanced battle royale available on phones,” the developers said.
Based on the gameplay records, what is happening is a bit like PUBG Mobile and Call of Duty: Mobile… In particular, the default is a third-person camera, although aiming mode turns on the familiar first-person view. However, all the usual elements of Apex Mobile remained in place (characters, art, soundtrack, gameplay mechanics, and so on), so fans should be satisfied.
The game has fairly low quality textures, and the graphics settings are automatically set based on the hardware parameters. The Apex Legends Mobile client weighs around 1.3 GB.
During 2023, the beta test should start in other regions. In the meantime, enthusiasts have to put up with strong lags.
