This GPU is used in GTX 1660 and GTX 1650 Super, and the prefix “-150” indicates fewer cores. Specifically, we are talking about 896 instead of 1280 in the full version of the chip. They operate at a base frequency of 1410 MHz, in overclocking the figure reaches 1590 MHz.
The 4GB memory runs at 12 GHz and uses a 128-bit data bus. The thermal package of the system is not specified.
Note that there are already several models within the GTX 1650 line. The first was a variant with GPU TU117-300 and GDDR5 memory. Later, a version with the Super index came out, with a TU116 processor for a larger number of cores.
Then there was a modification with TU117-300 and GDDR6 memory, as well as a localized Chinese version based on the TU106-125. It differed only in higher energy consumption – 90 W versus 75.
