Seven renowned studios from Japan were responsible for the creation of nine stories in different styles, presenting their own take on the franchise George Lucas – as you can see from the trailer, quite unusual.
At the same time, in the video, you can also notice familiar elements with characters – such as stormtroopers, planets or a mercenary Bobu Fetta… But, apparently, the authors were not limited by the framework of the canon.
The project will premiere on Disney + on September 22nd.
