An interview with Silent Hill composer Akira Yamaoka, who promised to announce “the project that many are waiting for”, was deleted

At the end of the working week, the composer Akira Yamaoka reported in one of the podcasts that the official announcement of the next project with his participation should take place in the summer of 2023… The musician did not go into details, noting only that it would be something “which, perhaps, many people are waiting for.”

However, soon a certain party, which the authors of the Internet podcast did not name, demanded to completely remove the publication with Yamaoka. And the reaction did not keep itself waiting long – the original recording of the interview instantly disappeared from the vastness of YouTube, and the channel officially apologized for the inconvenience

Amid rumors of a restart Silent Hill for Playstation 5 many users assume that the requirement to delete interviews with Yamaoka came directly from representatives Konami or Sonywho are not interested in any information about the project discussed on the network before the official announcement.

Himself Akira Yamaoka to date, he has not commented on the situation.
