AMD has applied for a patent that aims to create a more efficient and reliable quantum computing architecture thanks to multi-SIMD (a principle of computer computing that allows data-level parallelism).
According to the document, the company’s employees are developing a system aimed at using quantum teleportation. Their goal is to improve the reliability of the quantum system and reduce the number of qubits for accurate calculations. Experts want to facilitate scaling and eliminate calculation errors that arise due to system instability.
