Resource Wccftech published information on the new AMD Ryzen processors for enthusiasts, which became known the other day. According to the source, the company will release three new models. Ryzen 3000 as part of the Matisse Refresh line with a new stepping. They will be presented on June 16, and will be put on sale on July 7.
Specifically, we are talking about models Ryzen 9 3900XT, 3800XT and 3600XTwhich should replace the Ryzen 9 3900X, 3800X and 3600X, respectively. They will be equipped with the same number of cores – 12, 8 and 6. All processors will receive multithreading.
In this case, the base frequencies will increase by 200-300 MHz, and the speed in turbo mode will increase by 5-10% due to the improvement of automatic acceleration algorithms. No other changes, in the strength of the constructive, are expected.
These processors should become direct competitors to the Intel Core i9-10900K, Core i7-10700K and Core i5-10600K. The increase in frequencies should level out the slight superiority of the “blue” and strengthen the position of AMD.
