Investor Activision Blizzard in the face Rosen law filed a lawsuit against the company for hiding problems in the workplace and investigating what happened.
The lawsuit also targets CEO Bobby Kotik, CFO Armin Zerz and former CFO Dennis Dyurkin (resigned in March this year).
The scandal with the company has seriously affected the value of the shares, which have fallen in price by more than 15% over the past month. According to investors, the company was hiding important details of the “internal kitchen”, including the belittling of employees.
