Corporation Microsoft revealed the next batch of information about its next-generation console Xbox Series X. Today on the official channel there have appeared videos demonstrating some features of the platform.
In the first video, Microsoft demonstrated high download speed for games using the example of a zombie action movie. State of Decay 2available on Xbox Series X with backward compatibility.
It follows from the video that on the new platform the game loads six times faster – in just 8 seconds versus 50 seconds when launched on the Xbox One X.
It is emphasized that this happens automatically – the developers did not separately improve State of Decay 2 for the Xbox Series X. The video below uses the version of the game with Xbox One.
The second video demonstrates the previously described ability to instantly switch between several running games at once.

Microsoft also revealed the full specifications of the Xbox Series X. In particular, data on RAM were confirmed – 16 GB GDDR6. The system will be equipped with an SSD-drive with a capacity of 1 terabyte.
