A sequel to A Plague Tale: Innocence? Asobo Studio is working on a new game for Focus Home Interactive

Along with Microsoft Flight Simulator support with fresh content and updates, the French team Asobo Studio is currently developing a new game for the publisher Focus Home InteractiveThis was confirmed by the head of the studio in a recent interview with La Tribune Bordeaux. Sebastian Wloch

Interestingly, some foreign resources circulated information that Asobo was allegedly working on another project together with Microsoft, but as it turned out, it was a translation inaccuracy. In reality, of the unannounced projects, the studio has only a new game for Focus Home

“What can be said for sure is that Microsoft Flight Simulator will take up quite a lot of our time! [проектом] we will be engaged in the next 10 years, and maybe longer. We will keep the current team, possibly expand. Apart from working on a new game in partnership with Focus Home Interactive, we have nothing to announce yet, “reads the original article.

What this project is is still unknown. Perhaps it will be the sequel to the dark adventure game A Plague Tale: Innocence, rumors about the creation of which appeared on the network back in December last year.

The original A Plague Tale: Innocence tells the story of the journey of a young girl Amicia and her younger brother Hugo, pursued by soldiers of the Inquisition in France in 1348-1349. The events unfold against the backdrop of a terrible plague epidemic, because of which cities and villages are overrun with hordes of ferocious rats.
