Publisher The Irregular Corporation and studio Foxy voxel announced the release of the first major update to the medieval strategic survival game Going Medieval… It got the name Shelves & Racks, and its main innovation is new storage spaces: bookcases, shelves, shelving, armor dummies, weapon racks and chests.
In addition, the developers have prepared a number of other innovations to improve the quality of life. For example, you can prioritize different storage locations to let settlers know where to get resources from and which storage to keep constantly loaded.
New card sizes appear in the game. The territories that we have seen so far are now listed as a small map (190×190), in addition to this, medium (220 x220) and large (250×250) are available. But so far, the settlers do not tolerate long trips, so using large maps is at your own peril and risk.
The update introduces a number of tweaks to the balance, makes many game mechanics easier and more accessible, and fixes many game bugs.
