The network has a trailer for the historical drama Ridley Scott “The last duel” from Adam Driver and Matt Damon starring.
The story is based on the book by Eric Yager, which was adapted by Ben Affleck, Damon and Nicole Holofsener (Enough Words, The Client Is Always Dead). Initially, the role of Damon was supposed to be played by Affleck, but in the end one of the secondary roles was relegated to him.
The plot tells about the revenge of two best friends-knights, one of whom accuses an acquaintance of abusing his wife (Jodie Comer). Trying to solve the problem, the hero turns to the king of France. As a result, they are assigned a duel, the outcome of which depends on the fate of all participants.
The premiere of the film in the Russian box office will take place on October 14.
