Hidetaka “Swery” Suehiro, known as the creator Deadly premonition, D4: Dark Dreams Don’t Die and The missing, back in 2017 announced his new project, an RPG about werewolf cats (and werewolf dogs) The good life… But now there is real hope that the game will get to release.
Company Playism announced that it would be publishing The Good Life. The game is planned to be released in the fall. Steam, on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. And the studio joined the work on the project Groundingled by the creator Panzer dragoon and Phantom dust Yukio Futatsugi.
The basic idea of the game has not changed: photojournalist Naomi, devoured by debt, moves from expensive New York to a quiet provincial town. And he is faced with a surprise: all its inhabitants turn into cats at night (well, or dogs, you can choose this in the settings).
Using her newfound skills, Naomi must build her own life, earn enough to pay off creditors, and even investigate a series of mysterious murders. But time will be found for leisure too: players will be able to equip Naomi’s house, grow vegetables, practice cooking, explore the surroundings and chat with new friends.
