The action of the tape unfolds before the events “12 chairs” and “Golden Calf” – in 1919, when the young idealist Osya (Aram Vardevanyan) collided with Ibrahim Bender. Together they begin the hunt for the royal rod, but white officers and bandits are chasing the heroes.
In the process, the young guy will have to learn the craft of deception and flattery, gradually creating the legend of Ostap Bender-Zadunaisky.
The director of the picture was Igor Zaitsev (“High Security Vacation”, “One Hour Before Dawn”), and the premiere is scheduled for June 24.
