Screenshots of an early build of a space RPG leaked last fall Starfield from Bethesda. A few months later, the leak was repeated and today another portion of images taken from the 2018 build of the game has appeared on the Internet.
Some spread via Twitter, while others appeared on Reddit, where they were confirmed by moderators as real… They show a third-person model of the protagonist next to the space station, an interface, a ship under different lighting conditions, a spacesuit, in-game font options and base interiors shot from a first-person perspective. The screenshots are from the old test build, so they do not reflect the final quality…
Also, bloggers Deverell and SkullziTV shared some new details of the project:
- The factions will appear in the game. The main one is called the Space Nation Alliance, and one of the others is The black fleet (“Black Fleet”).
- The interface will have a built-in gravity meter, and ships have inputs / outputs specifically for high or low gravity zones;
- Decryption of some images / fonts: Axion Energy is a company that produces and sells energy, Kreet World Base is a station from the 2018/2020 leaks, BlackFleet is a spacecraft from the 2018/2020 leaks, TEC is a manufacturer.
- Official Gameplay Content Coming at E3 2023;
Earlier today there was another possible piece of information regarding Starfield. According to Insider Point with ResetEra, the project is geared towards space exploration and is more reminiscent of No Man’s Sky and Outer Wilds than Mass Effect.
