As of March 31, 2023 11 games from Nintendo for Switch sold over 10 million copies each… This is a new record in the history of the Japanese company consoles.
The previous record belonged to Nintendo ds – over the entire life cycle of 10 exclusives created by the platform holder, more than 10 million buyers found it. On the Wii 9 games have taken the coveted bar, Nintendo 3DS – 7.
Many Nintendo franchises have set all-time sales records on Switch. For example, before The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild no Zelda has sold more than 10 million copies, and the Switch game has already found more than 20 million buyers.

- Pokemon Let’s Go, Pikachu & Eevee! – 13,280,000 copies
- Splatoon 2 – 12,210,000 copies
- New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe – 10,440,000 copies
- Ring Fit Adventure – 10,110,000 copies
Previously released games to the list of 10 million players should soon be joined by Luigi’s Mansion 3… At the end of March, its circulation is 9.59 million copies. The previous record for the series was recorded on the Nintendo 3DS, where Luigi’s Mansion 2 sold 6.33 million copies.
According to Nintendo, Switch has just reached the middle of its lifecycle.… It follows from this that by the end of its generation, it will even more break away from its predecessors in terms of the number of exclusives with a circulation of 10 million copies.

Extended version of the platformer Super mario 3d worldreleased on Switch in February 2023, by the end of March had sold 5.59 million copies… This is also a clear candidate for joining the 10 million players club. Original for Wii U throughout its existence has attracted 5.85 million buyers.
