Netflix Demonstrated Debut Anime Teaser “Yasuke” about a black samurai in Japan of the sixteenth century.
At the heart of the story is a real prototype that came to Japan from Africa. The Netflix version has added fantastic elements, including all sorts of creatures and the supernatural.
The project was produced by the MAPPA studio, which was also responsible for the final season. “Attacks on Titans”… The main character is voiced by Luckit Stanfield (Atlanta).
The project will premiere on Netflix on April 29.
