The plot of the film starts with Jerry the mouse moving to the big city and finding a new home in a fashionable New York hotel, where an important wedding event is about to take place. Worried about recent mouse problems, the hotel manager (Michael Peña) hires a young employee (Chloe Grace Moretz), giving her the task of getting rid of the rodent, but the girl finds a more experienced candidate for this role – Tom the cat. In the end, longtime rivals will again meet face to face, which will lead to a real booth.
