For the first time in 25 years, two well-known game designers have teamed up to work on the Eiyuden Chronicle: Junko Kavano and Yoshitaka Murayama. They worked together on a series of role-playing games Suikoden before Murayama left in 2002 Konami…
Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes uses a traditional jRPG system with 2D heroes in voluminous locations and a group of six characters. The number of heroes whose stories are intertwined in the plot will be unusual: as indicated in the title, there are one hundred of them. And if other additional goals are met, this number will increase to 103.
Thanks to its success on Kickstarter, the Eiyuden Chronicle will be released not only on PC, but also on PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch. This will not happen until the fall of 2023.
