Company Epic Games a year ago launched a global program Epic MegaGrants, for which it has allocated 100 million dollars. The goal of the program is to provide grants to developers of Unreal Engine games using 3D graphics tools and free software.
The company has now announced the first results of the work of the program. More than 600 applicants have already received grants, and more than $ 42 million has been spent on this. Shots from some of the winning games were collected in a special “reporting” trailer.
A company joined the Epic MegaGrants program AMD. It will provide program participants with two hundred AMD Ryzen 7 3800X processors, and all eligibles can already fill out an application for powerful technology.
Epic Games also presented a number of projects that received program support. Among them there are games that are already well known to us.
