Company Atlus distributed the first screenshots through the media announced earlier today remaster japanese role-playing game Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne for Nintendo Switch and Playstation 4… The debut gameplay presentation will be held July 23…
According to the official description, remaster of Shin Megami Tensei III based on version Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne Maniax Chronicle Editionwhere Raido Kuzunokha XIV from the Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha sub-series was added as a replacement for Danta from Devil May Cry, who was present in Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne Maniax as a guest character.
Atlus developers indicated that they improved the graphics and gameplay, as well as adding voice acting (you can turn it off if you wish). By default, the game will have two difficulty levels available – “Normal” and “Hard” itself. Through a free add-on, another one – “Merciful” (probably the simplest) will be added to them.
In Japan, a remaster will be released in standard and collector’s editions on October 29, 2023. The second will include a game on physical media, a 106-page Ayakashi Special Final Issue magazine, an official soundtrack, an aroma lamp and an exclusive case. For all this, Atlus will ask for 13,980 yen (9,300 rubles). Pre-orders will be open on July 21.
The western premiere of the remaster of the third part of Shin Megami Tensei will take place in the spring of 2023.
