Combat system designer Devil May Cry 5 Resuke Yoshidaalso had a hand in the games of the series Monster hunter and Senran basara, announced about his departure from the company Capcom after 12 years of work.
In his message published on Twitter, he said that he decided to leave Japan in order to start developing games for next-generation consoles in a new place. He is currently working from home until the situation around the coronavirus pandemic is stabilized.
Yoshida joined the recently opened new studio Sakura (aka Ouka) of the Chinese company Tencent. She will specialize in high-quality games for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X in two divisions. One is based in Tokyo, Japan, and the second in Guangzhou, China. Capcom veteran will leave for China.
