Crowdfunding platform Kickstarter fundraising launched to launch the world’s smallest portable console Funkey s, which should go on sale in November of this year. The dimensions of the compact system leave only 42.5 x 44.5 x 13.8 mm, and it is based on the processor ARM Cortex-A7 and 64 MB of RAM.
In addition, the portable console has a 1.54-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 240×240, as well as a slot for Micro-SD memory cards and a Micro-USB port. For the duration of gaming sessions in the device, a battery with a capacity of 450 mAh is responsible.
The main advantage of Funkey S developers call the support of a number of classic gaming systems, such as NES, SNES, Gameboy, Gameboy color, Gameboy advance, Sega master system, Sega genesis (Megadrive), Sega game gearoriginal Playstation, Atari lynx, Wonderderwan and Neo Geo Pocket. The creators of all these devices have not yet responded to the announcement.
Currently, Kickstarter developers have collected more 67 thousand dollars of 33,735 initially requested.
