In the app store Microsoft store new application appeared Windows File Recovery. The novelty uses a command line interface to restore graphic, text, video, sound and archive files. The list of supported extensions looks like this:

- MPEG
- MP3;
- MP4;
- ZIP
- Office Package Files
It is alleged that the new product is able to recover data, including deleted from the Recycle Bin. Although it is still difficult to talk about the effectiveness of the application compared to others. It is also noted that files can be returned not only on computer drives, but also on flash drives or memory cards. But work with clouds and network attached storage is not supported.
The application can be downloaded free of charge from the Microsoft Store. To work, you will need Windows 10 version 2004 or later.
