Despite the manga “Demon Blade“came to an end, for an anime film adaptation everything is just beginning. An interesting distinctive feature of the visual style of the series is the expressive calligraphic characters that appear in individual scenes. And recently, the creators of anime talked about their origin.
As it turned out, bright font was created 84 year old calligrapher master Koki Sakaguchiwho devoted a significant part of his life to the art of writing hieroglyphs. Funny but myself the master did not even know that his work was somehow involved in such a popular title, his own son later told him about this fact.
Now now Koki Sakaguchi I am sincerely grateful to the authors of the series for the fact that his works can live their own lives, becoming part of his legacy. Curious that fonts Sakaguchi also used in many other works, including various video games, including action Dynasty warriors 6 from the publisher Koei tecmo.
Later this year, the premiere of a full-length animated film, which is a direct continuation of the first season of the anime “Demon Blade“, and next year the franchise will replenish with the game for PlayStation 4.
