The first gameplay shots Baldur’s Gate III will be presented during the panel at the exhibition PAX East 2023 in Boston, the team announced Larian studios. The premiere of the gameplay will take place February 27th in 23:30 Moscow time and will be broadcast live on YouTube.
The event will be attended by creative director of Larian Studios Sven Winke and “special guest” which will tell you more about the history and mechanics of the project. Visitors to the exhibition will be able to take part in a live Q & A session with developers and have a look at their own Larian booth dedicated to Baldur’s Gate III, where real-time gameplay presentations will be held throughout the weekend.
The developers noted that since the announcement of Baldur’s Gate III at the conference Stadia connect last year Larian Studios expanded its team to 350 people and all this time I worked on new technologies to create the real next-generation role-playing game. Authors promise over 100 hours content with all the expected depth and many surprises.
On the occasion of the announcement, Larian also released a video with scenes from behind the scenes development Baldur’s Gate III.
Baldur’s Gate III is in development for PC and cloud platform Google stadia. Release date is unknown.
