GameInformer Edition as part of Shooter Coverage Month Deathloop published a large collection of new screenshots and art of the game.
Images showcase a unique look Arkane on the fashion design of the 60s, the almost futuristic technology of Black Reef Island and some of its inhabitantshiding their identities under strange disguises.
Deathloop takes place on the Black Reef Island, the future of which will be determined by the outcome of the confrontation between the two killers. In the role of the protagonist Colt, players will have to find a way to break the loop that keeps time on the island and prevent other local inhabitants from finishing you off. Using special abilities and an extensive arsenal of weapons, Colt must eliminate eight main targets, called ideologists, by the end of the day, and only in this case he will be able to get out of the closed loop. However, this will not be so easy, since there is another killer on the island – Julianne, whose only task is to prevent Colt from breaking the time loop. Learning from their mistakes, players will have to relive the same day over and over again, try new approaches and eventually break the vicious circle.
Deathloop will be released May 21st on PC and PlayStation 5. For the first year after release, the game will be a Sony console exclusive.
