Konami has registered new trademarks Metal Gear Rising and Castlevania – Igromania

Konami registered two fresh trademarks for Metal gear rising and Castlevania (more precisely, for Akumajou Dracula Is the Japanese name for the series).
According to media reports, recently the publisher has become more relaxed about the idea of licensing its brands to third-party developers – the Japanese studio itself, for example Metal gear survival and Contra: Rogue Corps, cannot support series.

It is noteworthy that the only game under the Metal Gear Rising brand is MGR: Revengeance – Released in February 2013 on PS3 and Xbox 360 (available on Xbox One and Xbox Series thanks to backward compatibility), and in January 2014 made it to PC.
