Warner still intends to return to regular movie premieres in 2023

Chief executive officer WarnerMedia Jason Kilar has confirmed that the firm intends to return to its regular premiere format in 2023.

According to him, although many of the upcoming films will eventually appear on HBO Max, beforehand they will be released in cinemas.

Such plans were already known earlier, besides, not so long ago, Warner Bros. entered into an agreement with the cinema network Regal – thanks to him, the tapes will be shown in the cinema for 45 days, and only after that they can appear on streaming services.

Kilar also added that he was pleased with the results of the firm’s experiment with the release, although he admitted that the decision was made somewhat hasty.
