Ubisoft’s Pirate Action Skull & Bones Rescheduled Again

Company Ubisoft once again postponed the release of a pirate action game in the open world Skull & Bones… Now, according to the adjusted plans, the premiere of the project should take place in the period from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2023… The corresponding announcement was made during the latest financial report of the French publishing house.

On the exact reasons for the postponement of the expected game representatives Ubisoft did not tell, however Yves Guillemot, the current head of the company, noted that production is proceeding at a steady pace – developers cope with their task without any problems

“Our Singapore studio [занимающаяся созданием Skull & Bones] has evolved for a long time, helping with the Assassin’s Creed franchise. This is a very capable team. One of the steps we took to improve the quality of Skull & Bones was to increase the total number of support studios involved in the production of this project. Now a large team is working on the game, and over the past 12 months, the developers have made significant progress, so I am convinced that in the end they will release a truly outstanding product, “- Yves Guillemot explained.

Recall that the official announcement Skull & Bones took place back in 2017. The project is based on a complex and exciting gameplay tied to sea travel and battles. The game also offers deep support for online elements, including competitive multiplayer.

As part of the financial report, the Ubisoft team also recalled their upcoming major releases.
