Ubisoft postponed Trackmania’s rethinking until July 1 – review

A few months ago Ubisoft announced a remake of the classic Trackmania nationsHowever, today the project was postponed until July 1. It was originally scheduled for May 5th.

According to the developers, additional time will be spent on improving the gameplay, tools for creating tracks and other aspects of the new product. The press release does not mention the problems of telecommuting due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Along with the transfer, the publisher introduced a fresh remake trailer under the laconic name Trackmania. Judging by the positioning of new items, the race is likely to be a restart of the series, rather than a direct remake.

The developers, among other things, promise better support and a system of progress.

Trackmania has so far been announced only for the PC – on July 1 it will be released in the Epic Games Store and Ubisoft Store.
