A feature of Last Oasis is that in it, the war for territory is devoid of long-term strategic meaning. Due to the stop of the rotation of the Earth, all life on it is destroyed by the ruthless rays of the Sun or icy cold, and a narrow safe zone is constantly moving.
Players have to build themselves special walking cars and set off following the advancement of the Earth around the Sun. Clans will be able to build temporary bases in safe territories, but at the same time they will receive bonuses for all nomads who wander for resources.
So far, the game has received mixed reviews. Players complain about the inability to play due to technical problems and server instability. But those who managed to enter praise the unusual world and the many opportunities for social interaction.
Developers plan to keep Last Oasis in early access for up to two years.
