That’s it, Spotify started launching in Russia – review

It was reported last week that Spotify gets to Russia tomorrow, July 15, but the music service began to gradually turn on in the country a little earlier.

Now some functions are not yet available, so connecting your account to PlayStation 4, Discord, Android TV and other platforms has not yet been released, but the most basic thing can already be tried.

Both the free limited version and the premium version are available. By paying for a subscription, the user will be able to download songs for offline listening, not be distracted by advertising and have an infinite number of music passes – they are limited in the free version.

Cost per month

  • Single – 169 rubles
  • For two – 219 rubles
  • Family (6 people) – 269 rubles
  • Student – 85 rubles.

New users will now be able to activate the trial period for three months, but first you need to determine the tariff.

Tomorrow Spotify will also be launched in another 12 countries: Ukraine, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia and Northern Macedonia.

Initially, the service was going to start in Russia six years ago, but a number of problems prevented this. During this time, Spotify’s release in Russia managed to turn into a joke, but now it has come to an end.
