Team Asobi becomes a full-fledged part of the Sony studio family – Astro’s Playroom development team expands

Japanese team Team Asobi, which for nine years existed on the basis of SIE Japan Studio, became a full-fledged part of the family Playstation studios… This was reported by representatives of the company Sony Interactive Entertainment

Team Asobi now has an official logo as well as pages in Twitter and Instagram

According to the founder and CEO of Team Asobi Nicolas Duce, now the studio is expanding and preparing to conquer new heights, while working on fresh experimental ideas for using the features of the DualSense controller in games.

Team Asobi has grown into a full-fledged Sony studio as a result of the “reorganization” of the SIE Japan Studio, launched earlier this year. The Duce team now consists mainly of Japanese developers and continues to work in Tokyo, but is ready to accept specialists from around the world into its ranks.

Following the success of Astro Bot: Rescue Mission and Astro’s Playroom, the studio will continue to develop the Astrobot series.
