The protagonist and driving force behind Star Renegades is a servobot named J5T-1N. He brings news that a powerful enemy force, the Imperium, is planning an invasion of the galaxy. And under his leadership, our troops must defeat her messengers at procedurally generated levels.
As you progress through the story, the Imperium sends more and more powerful squads to suppress the resistance, and our enemies grow in ranks and increase their skills. And in case of failure, the servobot moves to another reality so that the acquired knowledge can be used by a new squad of heroes.
