Star Wars: Andor Will Do Without Alan Tudick

Andor is a prequel to the filmRogue One. Star Wars Tales“(Rogue One: A Star Wars Story). The protagonist will be a rebel intelligence agent Cassian Andor (Diego Luna).

Andor in Rogue One was accompanied by the grim-humored droid K-2SO, played by Alan Tudik… The character fell in love with many viewers and fans, however, in an interview Collider the actor said that in the first season of the series, one should not expect a droid to appear.

However, the showrunner of the project Tony Gilroy interested in returning K-2SO. If the series proves to be successful, then the droid could appear next season.

“I will be on the show. It’s just that the story that Tony wants to tell is not about K-2SO, but later … I don’t want to be specific, but I can say for sure that I’m not going to participate in the first season,” Tudik said.

The spy thriller “Star Wars: Andor” will be released exclusively on Disney + in 2023. The first season of the series will consist of 12 episodes.
