Global shooter launch Area f2 for mobile platforms running iOS and Android will take place already April 30developers said. At the beta testing stage, the project collected positive reviews.
Developers call Area F2 the first mobile CQB FPS. This is a tactical shooter where teams of elite agents are opposed to each other, using not only firearms, but also numerous gadgets, as well as entering into a manual battle if necessary.
- The creators of Area F2 set themselves the task of recreating the atmosphere of a real military battle on the smartphone screen. To do this, they tried to work out not only the locations on which the battles unfold, but also pay attention to details as far as mobile devices allow. For example, players can see a bullet go through a bulletproof vest.
- The development of locations is not limited only to graphics and sound. The fact is that the walls, floors and ceilings in the world of Area F2 are destructible, which should be taken into account by players when considering tactics. Different elements of the environment can be used both for defense and attack – they are given the opportunity to strengthen and destroy accordingly.
- An important tactical element is also the gadgets mentioned above. For example, drones and monitors allow you to monitor the enemy and react based on the situation, the hook – to get into the lair of the opponents, and the mine-extension – to arrange an undermining. The types of weapons in the game also promise a lot.
- In total, Area F2 has more than 20 agents – fighters, created on the basis of information about real special forces units. They are divided into two categories, attackers and defenders, and have exclusive gadgets, abilities and weapons. The game for each agent is different, respectively, different combinations of fighters in the group open up new tactical opportunities.
- The developers emphasize that in Area F2 it is important to use not only weapons, but also ingenuity to fight enemies. Gadget tracking and trap play are key. The creators positioned Area F2 as a mobile shooter for those who want to not just shoot.
