Russia wants to ban the anime “Death Note”, “Naruto” and the song of Morgenstern

In Russia, law enforcement agencies are trying to ban several iconic anime series at once. This is stated in the statement of the United Press Service of the Courts of St. Petersburg.

Representatives of the Russian prosecutor’s office have referred the claims to the Kolpinsky District Court of St. Petersburg. The content of the press release allows us to say that law enforcement officers or court representatives do not understand the topic at all. However, some positions do not have names.

The list is as follows (spelling and original text of descriptions preserved):

  • Interspecies Reviewers“(Ishuzoku Reviewers) – the film is dedicated to the analogue of the “Red Quarter” in Amsterdam, where representatives of the human, elven and orc races work.
  • Tokyo terror“(Zankyou no terror) – after the explosion in Tokyo, two teenagers begin to terrorize the nation, posting threatening videos on the Internet that predict the city will plunge into darkness.
  • Cartoons and animated series based on the Japanese manga book – a teenage ninja who dreams of achieving universal recognition; beetles living in the bodies of representatives of the Aburame clan, which are able to devour the enemy, serve as a shield, and create clones. In each episode – cruelty, murder, violence (apparently, we are talking about “Naruto“- approx. ed).
  • Death note“(Death Note) – about how the god of death became bored (!!!).
  • Anime with flying body parts (?????), physical and mental violence, unconventional sexual relations, scenes demonstrating in a naturalistic form the death of people and possible options for relationships
  • Animated series “Elven song ” (Elfen lied) – with dismemberment (!!!).
  • Anime about robot girls (?????) being turned on in an interesting way.
  • Anime about male cynicism (apparently, Violet Evergarden) – the instructor of the school of training by profession secretary-typist calls the girls auto-recording dolls, saying that “the demand for the services of dolls is high.”

A separate question is why the song was put on the anime list MorgensternI ate grandfather“. Apparently, this is due to the fact that one and the same prosecutor obtained registration of five lawsuits, which listed 49 references.

The idiocy also lies in the fact that the anime was assigned an age rating. The same “Death Note” is about 16+… Morgenstern’s music video also has a rating 18+

If you recognized what kind of anime the representatives of the court and prosecutors were talking about, write in the comments. And then the author is in a slight bewilderment from the set of letters in the press release.
