PlayStation Now gets 1080p support this week

Sony announcedwhat a cloud gaming service Playstation now will receive support for 1080p resolution this week. Prior to that, games were streamed at 720p.

The update will roll out gradually over the next few weeks in Europe, USA, Canada and Japan, where PlayStation Now is available. Recall that the service has not yet arrived in Russia.

PlayStation Now now has over 800 PS2, PS3 and PS4 games that can be streamed to PS5, PS4 or PC. At the same time, more than 300 PS4 games can be downloaded to PS5 or PS4 to run on your own console in up to 4K resolution.

By the end of April 2023, the number of PlayStation Now subscribers reached 2.2 million. The subscription price is $ 10 per month, $ 25 for three months and $ 60 for 12 months.
