During the live broadcast Aniplex Online Fest Studio Atlus announced that it will release on the Blu-ray English version of the animated series Persona 5: The Animation.
The anime, which aired in Japan in April 2018, is currently aired on Crunchyroll and Hulu With subtitles. For a disc release, the creators recorded an English voice acting, and attracted to it the same actors that we hear in the game Persona 5:
- Xander Globe – Ren Amamia;
- Cassandra Morris – Morgana;
- Max Mittelman – Ryuji Sakamoto;
- Erica Harlaker – Ann Takamaki;
- Matt Mercer – Yuske Kitagawa;
- Cherami Lee – Makoto Niijima;
- Erica Lindbeck – Futaba Sakura;
- Xante Hyun – Haru Okumura;
- Robbie Diamond – Goro Akechi.
Those who wish can already place a preliminary order, a full set will cost $ 299 at a discount. The set includes 26 main episodes and two bonus ones, trailers, opening and ending without text, as well as a set of art.
The English edition of Persona 5 the Animation will go on sale September 29th.
