Officially: Crysis Remastered develops Saber Interactive, first details

After numerous teasers and leaks Crytekfinally officially unveiled a remaster first Crysis for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. The game goes on sale this summer, responsible for the development Saber interactive.

The classic first-person shooter is back with action-packed gameplay, a sandbox-style world and exciting epic battles that players liked so much in 2007.

Crytek promises advanced graphics and optimization Cryengine under the modern generation of iron.

Crysis Remastered will focus on a single-player campaign from the original gameimproved with high quality textures and art.

The authors promise to include in the game high-resolution textures and improve particle effects, as well as add flexible settings for temporal smoothing, SSDO, SVOGI, depth of field, global lighting, motion blur and occlusion. In addition, volumetric fog and light rays processed using software raytracing are claimed, not to mention reflections designed to significantly improve the visual component of the project.

“We are pleased to again work on the Crysis franchise and give all fans of the remaster series a worthy passion for the game of quality,” says Avry Yerli, Crytek CEO.

The original Crysis was released on November 13, 2007 on PC, and four years later – ported to the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
