Forums, benchmarks, and other unofficial sources of data sometimes publish the latest information earlier than the press services. On the pages Tablet pc review there was information that indicates the development of the device Microsoft surface go with processor AMD.

Judging by the early leaks, the chip maker created a processor for the software giant Ryzen 7 3780U Microsoft Surface Edition, which features a powerful graphics subsystem. Apparently, it will be a chip Pollock with heat pack at 6 watts.

The chip is equipped with two cores with architecture Zenas well as graphics Radeon with 192 stream processors. As for production technology, there may be options – either 14 or 12 nanometers. In the latter case, it will be a kind of Picasso analogue.

The source claims that the Pollock processor has a better combination of computing power and power consumption than Intel Amber Lake-Y. However, overheating is currently being reported, so talking about the release is premature.
