Michael B. Jordan Creates Black Superman TV Series – review Addiction

According to Collider, Michael B. Jordan (“Creed”) is working on a mini-series about the black Superman.

The project is not related to the upcoming JJ Abrams film – the show for HBO Max should talk about Val-Zoda, An alternate universe superman who has appeared in DC comics. A screenwriter was found for the project, and Jordan himself can play the main role, but the latter is not yet certain.

According to sources, Jordan, who previously worked on the story of Black Superman in a film format with Warner Bros., switched to the series due to unwillingness to get into a scandal with a change in skin color Clark Kent.

In other words, the Abrams project seems to be rethinking precisely the history of Kent, and not Calvin Ellis – another black Superman from the comics.
