Mass Effect Legendary Edition has already set a record for the series on Steam

Mass Effect Legendary Edition was released on Steam only a couple of hours ago, but in such a short period of time the collection managed to reach a record peak online for the series.

At the time of publication of the news, the remaster already had over 30 thousand people – Mass effect 2, which held the title until the last moment, had just over 13,000 people on Steam when it was released in January 2010.

Metrics for the entire series on Steam:

  • Mass effect (2008) – 4183 people
  • Mass effect 2 (2010) – 13 320 people
  • Mass effect 3 (2012) – 673 people
  • Mass Effect: Andromeda (2017) – 2843 people
  • Mass Effect Legendary Edition (2023) – 31,119 people.

However, it is important to note something: ME3 and Andromeda appeared on Steam much later than the initial release – only last year, when EA began to massively return its games to the store. Valve

Now the online legendary publication continues to grow actively – I wonder what values it will be able to achieve in the coming hours and days.

However, PC players should be warned – people are complaining about a bug due to which, after selecting the desired game, it cannot start in any way and the client menu turns on again. in Russia, players also complain about the impossibility of including English voice acting with Russian text in ME1 – only with Russian voice acting.
