Intel Grand Ridge CPU will support DDR5 and PCI Express 4.0

As part of a podcast AdoredTV OverVolted a slide appeared with information about the future microarchitecture Intel Grand Ridge… Judging by it, new processors will come to replace Snow Ridge

Other specifications include support for DDR5-5600 RAM and PCI Express 4.0 with a maximum of 16 lanes. The processors are credited with up to 24 Gracemont cores up to 2.6 GHz. It is also assumed that new items will be adapted to work with AI.

It is not yet clear what these processors are, but most likely these are solutions for server systems, computing accelerators, and so on. However, it is clarified that they will be manufactured using a 7-nm technological process. They are expected to be released in 2023.

There is no data on price, socket, etc. yet.
