Hidden Pearl, come back: Composer Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective supported the petition for a remaster of the game

More recently, on June 19 this year, an adventure game Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective from company Capcom and designer Shu Takumi, creator of the series Ace attorney, turned 10 years. The original release took place in 2010 on a portable platform. Nintendo DS, and a little later the project visited mobile devices running iOS.

Ghost trick was warmly received by both the press and users, but over the past years it disappeared from radars, turning into a hidden gem of the industry, which is often remembered in various lists of the most underrated games.

Fans’ love for interesting development never ceases to fade, and recently Japanese gamers launched a petition, wherein asking Capcom at least update the mobile version Ghost trick, which cannot be launched on modern devices, as well as porting the game to other platforms.

It is noteworthy that the original composer drew attention to the petition Ghost trick and Ace attorney Masakazu Sugimori. He expressed support for the voices that are trying to convince Capcom to return to the cult hit.

To date, the initiative has collected only about 1,000 signatures. Nevertheless, this does not exclude the possibility that the audience’s desire will nevertheless find a certain response in the Japanese publishing house.

Earlier insider Dusk golem, distinguished by truthful information about the internal kitchen of Capcom, wrote that the company listens very carefully to almost all the reviews of the fans and can be ready for a variety of experiments.
